The date that the goods are dispatched is printed on the receipt, and the returns policy covers 7 days from this date.
If you wish to return any goods after 7 days then you should first contact our customer services department to see if a return is appropriate.
Any goods sent to us needs to be packaged complete with a return form completed, to ensure we are able to fully understand your concerns thus enabling us to maintain a high level of customer service.
